Sara Letourneau is the Director of Field for the BlueGreen Alliance. She came to the BlueGreen Alliance in January 2009, and is based in Minneapolis.

Sara was previously a health care organizer with the Service Employees International Union for 14 years, with the last 5 years in Ohio.

Sara earned a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy from the University of Minnesota and grew up in Buffalo, New York.
