The BlueGreen Alliance released a policy statement—on behalf of its labor and environmental partners—expressing support for the Environmental Protection Agency’s authority to regulate greenhouse gas emissions under the Clean Air Act.
They also proposed a series of complementary policies Congress must pass to ensure the U.S. remains competitive while creating millions of American jobs.
