Executive Director
The BlueGreen Alliance (BGA) seeks qualified candidates for the position of Executive Director. The Executive Director (ED) is responsible for the successful leadership and management of the organization in accordance with the strategic direction set by the Board of Directors. Responsibilities include serving as BGA’s principal representative, fostering relationships and promoting collaboration with the public, donors, and Board of Directors; and hiring and providing supervision and support for senior staff.

Colorado State Coordinator
The BlueGreen Alliance is seeking a full-time Colorado State Coordinator, based in Denver, Colorado. The Coordinator spearheads the program and policy work of the BlueGreen Alliance in Colorado.

State Initiatives Manager, Procurement
The BlueGreen Alliance is seeking a State Initiatives Manager (SIM) based in the Midwest. The SIM develops and leads a policy development and implementation plan for the Building Clean and Buy Clean programs, including identifying and working with a team of professionals to advance state-level policy opportunities for Building Clean and Buy Clean in targeted states.

BlueGreen Alliance Foundation Research Assistant
The BlueGreen Alliance Foundation is seeking a Research Assistant in our Minneapolis, MN, office to join our Research Team, which supports programs and initiatives with research, analysis, and data. The Research Assistant should expect to build expertise in our content areas and with our datasets, connect our research efforts to organizational priorities and goals, and communicate findings and results clearly to staff, partners, and the public.

Minnesota Field Organizer
The Minnesota Field Organizer (MFO), based in the Twin Cities or Duluth areas, will work closely with the Minnesota Regional Program Manager (MN RPM) to design and implement an organizing plan that brings unions and environmental organizations together to advance key priorities in the state. The MFO will build engagement with BGA’s partner organizations to grow the breadth of supporters for these key priorities through grassroots organizing, public events, and other activities.
