Development Associate
BGA is seeking a Development Associate in our Minneapolis office, who will be responsible for managing a sophisticated database, which tracks relationships, grants, deadlines, and more. The person in this role will also play an important role in funder and donor identification, cultivation, and stewardship. The Development Associate reports to the Development Director and works closely with the Development Manager.

Executive and Legislative Assistant
BGA is seeking an Executive and Legislative Assistant in our Washington, D.C. office, to provide support for the Executive Director, and in the implementation of key legislative strategies on climate change, safe chemicals, clean infrastructure, international trade, and other issues. BGA is seeking an enthusiastic professional with a positive attitude and fresh perspective.

Appalachian Regional Field Organizer
The BlueGreen Alliance (BGA) seeks qualified candidates for the position of Appalachian Regional Field Organizer. The Appalachian Regional Field Organizer (ARFO) will build, maintain, and mobilize labor and environmental coalitions across the region to support BGA’s federal initiatives. The ARFO is based in the Appalachian region, and will report to the BGA’s Campaigns Manager. 

Midwest Regional Field Organizer
The BlueGreen Alliance (BGA) seeks qualified candidates for the position of Midwest Regional Field Organizer. The Midwest Regional Field Organizer (MRFO) will build, maintain, and mobilize labor and environmental coalitions across the region to support BGA’s federal legislative priorities. The MRFO is based in the Midwest, and will report to BGA’s Campaigns Manager. 

Rocky Mountain Regional Field Organizer
The BlueGreen Alliance (BGA) seeks qualified candidates for the position of Rocky Mountain Regional Field Organizer. The Rocky Mountain Regional Field Organizer (RMRFO) will build, maintain, and mobilize labor and environmental coalitions across the region to support federal measures that will help to advance a clean, thriving, and equitable economy. The RMRFO is based in the Rocky Mountain region, and will report to the BGA’s Campaigns Manager. 

Campaigns Manager
BGA is seeking a dynamic professional to join our team as Campaigns Manager (CM). The CM position will be responsible for coordinating and implementing BGA’s economic recovery and other strategic campaigns, working closely with senior field and communications staff, to design and execute a strategy to support BGA’s federal economic recovery agenda and other federal campaigns as needed, including coordinating across federal policy, communications, field, and research teams. The Campaigns Manager will report to the Legislative Director and oversee three Regional Field Organizers responsible for conducting BGA’s work in target states to support federal advocacy.

Press Secretary
The BlueGreen Alliance is seeking an enthusiastic communications professional with a history of earned media successes, positive relationships with members of the media covering the key issues of the organization, and a positive attitude and fresh perspective. Based in Washington, D.C., the Press Secretary reports to the Communications Director.
