Denise Seck joined the BlueGreen Alliance in 2021. As Vice President of Finance, Administration and Diversity, Equity Inclusion and Justice, she leads and develops the organizations’ finance, business planning, budgeting, human resources, and administration.

Denise has over 20 years of finance and accounting experience. Prior to joining the BlueGreen Alliance, Denise was the Associate Controller at The University of Minnesota leading several departments including: Accounting Services, Sponsored Financial Reporting, Non-Sponsored Accounts Receivable, Treasury Accounting, and others. Denise started her career as an auditor at Ernst & Young and served both public and nonprofit clients in her 8 years there.

Denise has been actively involved in several volunteer roles and currently serves as Audit Committee Chair and Board Member of a local nonprofit organization.
