Nicole DiPaolo is the Offshore Wind Program Manager. In that role, she leads our national work to deploy offshore wind energy in a way that’s responsible for workers, communities, and the environment.
Nicole collaborates closely with our environmental and labor partners and with BGA’s state, regional, and federal staff across the country. She has an extensive background running campaigns as a community and political organizer, and in 2018 was the field director for a gubernatorial candidate in Rhode Island where she lives. Since then, she has worked as a consultant for candidates, elected officials, local organizations, and national nonprofits. Nicole was also formerly the campaign manager for National Wildlife Federation’s offshore wind program where she led their work on a union workforce, domestic supply chain, racial equity, and economic justice.
Nicole holds a BA in Humanities with a Philosophy Concentration and Studio Art Minor from Lasell College. She has continued her education with courses at Harvard Extension School and a plethora of workshops and trainings related to equity and justice.
