Hart Research conducted the poll of 1,500 registered voters in Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin from November 17-23.

President-elect Joe Biden today released his American Rescue Plan, a Covid-19 relief plan that includes among other provisions $1,400 stimulus payments, an extension of boosted unemployment insurance, funding for vaccine distribution and delivery, funding for cities, states, schools, child care, and would require the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health and Administration (OSHA) to issue enforceable rules to protect workers during the crisis.
