Tom Conway joined the BlueGreen Alliance in March 2009 as Regional Program Manager of the Labor Climate Project in Indiana and Illinois. In that position, Tom educates union members on the importance of developing clean energy in America, both for our jobs and our planet.

Tom brings a familiarity with union issues regarding the green economy. As a member of the United Steelworkers in Northwest Indiana, and also as a Program Specialist for the USW's Institute for Career Development, Tom has a background rooted in union activism and green jobs training.
