BlueGreen Alliance Testimony Before Pennsylvania House Commerce Committee on Commercial PACE Bill

The BlueGreen Alliance’s Pennsylvania Regional Program Manager Khari Mosley testified in favor of SB 234, a bill that would allow the state to create and sustain quality jobs in our state by providing businesses low-cost financing to update their property through a Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) program to be more energy efficient and to improve their properties with clean energy technology.
