Yonas Haddis is a Research Assistant for the BlueGreen Alliance, supporting various research projects and initiatives. 

Prior to joining the BGA in 2021, Yonas worked in mental health for several years, in roles ranging from direct support to psychometrics and EHR management. As a result, he has developed a strong foundation of interpersonal skills and empathy. Yonas had also worked as a data coordinator, helping to organize and manage a large voter database that tracked voter registration efforts in Minnesota. 

Yonas received a BA in Social and Cultural Psychology from the University of North Dakota.
