Testimony of Abby Hornberger in Favor of HF 2336 at the Minnesota Legislature

At a hearing of the Minnesota House of Representatives Labor and Industry Finance and Policy Committee today, Minnesota Policy Organizer Abby Hornberger testified in favor of HF 2336. The bill will establishment of the Minnesota Climate Innovation Finance Authority (MnCIFA) to invest in mid-sized clean energy projects that are currently underfunded—at a pace that meets the needs of communities. The bill includes language that ensures workers are paid a prevailing wage and recognizing the right to organize and form a union.
