The BlueGreen Alliance urged President Obama to begin a national dialogue on climate change that will elevate the conversation and help develop a strategy to put Americans back to work by reducing carbon pollution. The group also called the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to continue its work in limiting carbon pollution under the Clean Air Act.
