“Green Recovery,” a report by the Center for American Progress and the Political Economy Research Institute at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and released with the Green Jobs for America campaign, showed that Pennsylvania could gain more than 86,000 jobs with a rapid investment in green infrastructure.
