For America, By America” Campaign Will Reach Out to Working People in Key States to Build Support for Passage of a Bold Jobs and Economic Investment Package

The BlueGreen Alliance, joined by some of the nation’s largest labor unions and environmental organizations, launched For America, By America—a campaign urging Congress to ignite a new era of investments needed to Build Back Better, including critical investments to create good-paying manufacturing jobs.

All economic recovery spending should meet the standards outlined in BGA’s full economic recovery priorities document, including labor standards, Buy America(n), community benefit agreements, and increased public sector capacity.

A robust manufacturing sector is vital to meeting state, national, and global climate goals.
