As the Director of People and Culture at BlueGreen Alliance, Airial Clark is responsible for both HR-related topics as well as big-picture strategy for building a strong organizational culture. Through implementing processes, tools, training, and policies, she ensures BGA staff have the structure and vision to grow and thrive. 

With 15 years of expertise in people operations and organizational development, Airial brings a dynamic blend of strategic vision and hands-on experience to drive impactful initiatives focused on enhancing employee experience. Prior to joining BlueGreen Alliance in 2023, Airial held leadership roles where she spearheaded transformative initiatives in systems, tools, and employee learning, resulting in measurable improvements in retention, productivity, and overall organizational performance. 

Airial holds a master’s degree in Sociology, specializing in social justice and organization dynamics, from San Francisco State University and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR.)  

Beyond her professional pursuits, Airial is an avid advocate for lifelong learning and community building. She is currently learning the art of blacksmithing at her neighborhood fire arts center and volunteering with Hennepin County Library.
