Caitlin Cohn serves as Senior Development Manager for the BlueGreen Alliance. In this role, she manages institutional grantwriting and prospect research and supports BGA’s strategic fundraising efforts.

Caitlin joined BGA in 2022 as Development Manager and became Senior Development Manager in 2024. She previously served as Development Coordinator for the Great Plains Institute, where she worked on multiple aspects of climate fundraising.

Caitlin holds a PhD and MA in Apparel Studies from the University of Minnesota. She wrote her dissertation on women’s bicycling dress in the 19th century. She earned her BA in English from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She lives in Minneapolis with her husband and daughter.
