Comments on the Notice of Intent To Prepare an Environmental Impact Statement for the Vineyard Wind South Project Offshore Massachusetts

The BlueGreen Alliance appreciates the opportunity to submit these comments in regard to the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management’s (“BOEM”) preparation of an Environmental Assessment (“EA”) under the National Environmental Policy Act (“NEPA”) for the Morro Bay Wind Energy Area (“WEA”) to help determine whether to move forward with a future commercial wind lease issuance.
