New BlueGreen Alliance research has found that in part because of the “One Big Beautiful Bill Act” (OBBBA)—which Rep. Kiggans proudly voted for—and other Trump administration policies supported by Kiggans, projects at sites across the state have been delayed, canceled, or are facing a more difficult economic landscape.  

We’ve found:  

• 13 clean energy, manufacturing, and industrial projects at sites across the Commonwealth have been delayed or canceled. 
• These delays and cancellations were expected to create 7,619 jobs that now may never materialize.
