Bresnahan and Perry proudly voted for—manufacturing, energy, and industrial sites across the state are facing
a more difficult economic landscape. This is because that bill made changes to existing clean energy and
manufacturing tax incentives—which developers were planning on—making them harder to receive.
We’ve found:
- Three projects at sites across the Commonwealth have been delayed or canceled.
- These delays and cancellations could impact 1,319 jobs.
- Sites representing $4.78 billion in private investment are impacted by the changes to tax incentives.
- These new tax credit restrictions could impact 8,786 jobs across the Commonwealth.
