The BlueGreen Alliance, on behalf of its labor and environmental partners, sent a letter to House Judiciary Committee Chairman Lamar Smith and Ranking Member John Conyers to urge them to oppose the Managers Amendment to H.R. 3010, which would result in considerable threat to environmental standards, workplace safety rules, public health and financial reform regulation.
