The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has finalized standards for reducing methane emissions from the oil and gas sector. The United Auto Workers (UAW) today announced the ratification of contracts with the Big Three automakers—General Motors (GM), Ford, and Stellantis. The contracts dramatically increase wages, end the tier systems, lay the groundwork to bring many of the automakers’ electric vehicle (EV) and battery facilities under the UAW’s master contracts, and much more.
